When I first started at Triplets Blue Store, I was just looking for a job, a way to pay the bills. Little did I know that this place would become a second home to me, and the people I work with would become like family.
The atmosphere just feels welcoming, and it wasn’t just about getting orders right or keeping the kitchen running smoothly, it was about creating an experience for every person who walked through the door.
When I first arrived in America, it felt like I was walking through a dream. Everything was different from Vietnam—the people, the language, the food. I had always heard about the opportunities here, but nothing could have prepared me for the reality of it. Some of my family here recommended me to this family-owned business. At first, I knew little to no English, so I was very jittery when talking to customers. With time, I’ve gotten used to everything, and it is all thanks to my welcoming coworkers who showed me the ropes.
